Up your lash game by making (and achieving) these four goals. It’s important to set goals – in your professional and your personal life. As a lash artist there’s four goals our technicians stick to.
Stay Stocked
Keeping your work station fully stocked, whether you’re running an at-home business or renting studio space, is a must. A poorly stocked station will encourage your clients to look for lash services with another artist, which is obviously bad for business.
Market Yourself
Open an Instagram account or start a Facebook fan page to showcase your art. Or, if you hate social media, create a website dedicated to your work and services.
If you’re more into traditional advertising, pass out business cards or fliers. Think of yourself as a walking/talking advertisement.
Keep in Touch With Clients
Staying in touch with your best clients will boost your clientele. Thank them for their loyalty and offer rewards for referrals.
Don’t Stop Learning
If you’ve been trained in Classic Lashing, try taking a course in Volume lash extensions. If you’ve taken both, then consider taking a refresher course. A little education never hurt anyone. The beauty industry is growing and changing at a rapid pace – don’t get left behind.
