Our founder and Master Technician Nadia Afanaseva is excited to host Eye Design University’s first-ever Powder Effect Masterclass in January! She worked hard writing and developing it alongside her team and will be teaching it herself.

Eye Design University’s Permanent Makeup Masterclass is perfect for beginners and experienced artists alike! We will start with the basics, then move onto hands-on practice for the most effective learning experience. Nadia loves working with students directly and students love learning Nadia’s techniques directly from her.
Permanent Makeup Masterclass focuses only on techniques that require a machine tool. Students can bring whichever permanent makeup machine tool they like, or opt for one of Eye Design’s machine tools. By carefully applying pigment under the skin using a pin-dot technique, machine tools provide clients and models with safe, gentle results. Even those with sensitive skin will not experience irritation! (Don’t worry–Nadia and her expert team will teach you how to properly use a permanent makeup machine tool.)
The class is four days long and includes training for Powder Effect, eyeliner + lash line enhancement/lash effect and permanent lip makeup. Students can opt to take all four days together OR take Powder Effect and eyes/lips separately.
During our Permanent Makeup Masterclass, we devote the two days to learning Powder Effect. Then, we spend two days learning permanent makeup for the eyes and lips.
